Blackline is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our growing Team.  Primary responsibilities include:


  • Front office support/ Reception duties

  • Compose routine correspondence, prepare and update spreadsheets

  • Maintain marketing materials

  • Assist with compiling documents

  • Assist with contracts and pay applications

  • Manage and update office contacts

  • Maintain files including scanning and electronic filings

  • Order and maintain office supplies and arrange for equipment maintenance

  • Process and route incoming and outgoing mail

  • Organize and maintain open office areas

  • Assist with processing invoices, purchases and receivables

  • Coordinate office lunches and events

  • Process expense reports

  • Assist in setting up projects

  • Maintain memberships and certifications

  • Notarize documents


  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Flexible to adapt to changes in demands and various tasks

  • Writing, editing, proof-reading skills with an eye for detail

  • Accounting experience preferred
