Mr. Tufail has extensive civil engineering consulting experience including engineering design, production supervision and construction overview for a variety of commercial sites and residential land development projects. He is the Engineer of Record for several Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs) for which he participates in the monthly Board of Directors meetings and represents the MUDs when coordinating engineering efforts with public agencies and private entities to provide assurance that all agency standards and requirements are met. Mr. Tufail has prepared numerous bond application reports, surplus fund release reports, capital improvement plans, emergency preparedness plans, elevated storage tank waivers, water pressure studies, and various other District specific tasks. He has also performed conceptual, preliminary and final design of water supply distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, transfer and treatment facilities, roadways and storm drainage and detention systems.
