CAD DRAFTER
The primary responsibility of this position is to assist Designers with plan production for civil design projects by preparing site plans, single family-residential construction plans and exhibits using AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D. Organize, compile, and produce plots and copies of production plan sets.

Job Duties

Label dimensions, areas, bearings and distances, elevations, and slopes to ensure plan accuracy

Address redline review comments of plan sets

Make sufficient effort to ensure deadlines are met

Use relevant information and individual judgement to determine whether plans comply with company CAD standards

Become familiar with industry terminology

Develop proficient knowledge of Windows products, Autodesk Products, and web-based information resources

Retain knowledge provided through Q&A, training sessions, presentations, and project experience
Requirements​

AutoCAD knowledge
-
AutoCAD Civil 3D knowledge, preferred
