Blackline provides overall planning, coordination, and quality control from the project's inception to the construction and acceptance of completion. Blackline monitors the construction to ensure adherence to design plans and technical specifications. This includes review of daily field reports, site visits, review, and approval of contractor pay applications, change order requests, requests for information, and submittals.
