LAND DEVELOPMENT
PROJECT ENGINEER

Job Duties

• Design drawings for public works, civil site and residential projects

• Plan production

• Address comments, coordinate with governing agencies, obtain plan approvals

• Prepare cost estimates, bid documents and pay applications

• Assist project manager with construction management

• Attend and contribute to project progress meetings

• Feasibility investigation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE)

• Texas Registered E.I.T. required, P.E. preferred

• Minimum 4 years' experience in land development and/or site design

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

• Highly motivated to meet client deadlines

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously

• Adaptable and eager to handle tasks outside of previous skill set or experience

Software

• AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Arc GIS preferred

• MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
